About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Fox Creek. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales assistants, and design team members, to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales staff to duties, order merchandise, and authorize the return of merchandise to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to a wide range of products.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that we are not overstocked or understocked.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help us make informed business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, supervise office and volunteer staff, and ensure that our store is clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
