**Job Summary**

The International Distribution Operation (IDO) Order Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring seamless communication with export customers regarding their service part orders. As a liaison, this individual is responsible for handling, escalating, and resolving issues by collaborating with various Ford departments and external entities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate with export customers to resolve service part order issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Escalate complex issues to senior management for resolution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external entities to ensure smooth order processing
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements:**

  • University degree or college diploma
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows programs (Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn current systems (IMS2, IMS3, GEOS, GDS)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-directed
  • Ability to drive accountability from all stakeholders
  • Ability to positively affect a team
  • Strong alignment to Ford OS Behaviors

**Preferred Requirements:**

  • Experience in automotive, manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing environment
