Position Overview

WHAT'S THE ROLE?
Situated within a premier camp facility, this position operates on a schedule of 14 days on and 7 days off, with 12-hour shifts. Transportation to the site is arranged from a designated pickup point.

The Relief/Assistant Lodge Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the Lodge. The ideal candidate will leverage their operational, personnel management, and customer service skills to foster a dynamic and high-performing team.

This role is safety-sensitive and requires drug and alcohol testing, along with a fitness assessment as a condition of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure optimal client and guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality hospitality services. Maintain and uphold NRB Modular Solutions' standards daily concerning food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and Health and Safety protocols. Assist in recruitment efforts and performance management of staff in collaboration with Human Resources and the Lodge Manager. Provide insights and analysis for revenue forecasts and budget management. Develop staff schedules aligned with client forecasts and revenue expectations. Ensure financial success through adherence to budgetary guidelines. Delegate and execute tasks as necessary to support the Lodge's daily operations.

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE SEEKING?

A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in hospitality management within a hotel or similar environment. Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with hospitality management software. Demonstrated ability to analyze revenue reports, including forecasting and scheduling. Active ProServe certification is mandatory. A valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record for the past 5 years is required.
