Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our team. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers in the North American market.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement trade marketing promotions to drive sales growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or business administration
- Minimum 7 years' experience in product management, project management, or major account management
- Minimum 7 years' experience in the food industry in a management position
- Knowledge of the U.S. market - a considerable asset
- Fluency in French and English - spoken and written
- Good knowledge and command of Excel and other Microsoft Office apps
- Ability to travel on weekdays, evenings, and weekends
