Requirements include:

  • Active membership in the Law Society of British Columbia with 4-7 years of post-call experience
  • Experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer with exposure to SaaS technology, cross-border transactions, technology M&A, or international privacy and compliance
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work well under pressure
  • Expert collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • A personality that shines throughout the organization, with a passion for connecting people and delivering results
