Shift Details:

This position requires working overnight hours (approximately 10:30 pm – 7 am).

Compensation:

As the Overnight Team Lead, you will receive an additional $2.00 per hour on top of your base pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional, friendly, and proactive service to guests while collaborating with fellow team members.
  • Execute deep cleaning of the kitchen during off-hours to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, including floors, ovens, stovetops, walls, and ceiling tiles.
  • Polish and buff all stainless steel fixtures.
  • Report any maintenance needs through the appropriate channels.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all staff and guests by adhering to safety protocols.
  • Promote teamwork within the department and across the hotel, encouraging input and participation from all colleagues while fostering professional work habits aligned with the company's mission and values.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Capability to operate industrial cleaning equipment.
  • Physical ability to lift, pull, push, bend, kneel, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and the ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
  • A strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
