About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Meat Cutter at New Fresh Supermarket aka Dong Thanh Supermarket. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparing Meat: Clean and prepare meats to be processed or cut, and prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers.
  • Meat Handling and Display: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, and wrap and package prepared meats for sale.
  • Customer Service: Sell meats to customers, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate power grinders and slicing machines to prepare meats for sale.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
