Shahi Flames INC. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of cooks, kitchen helpers, and other food service staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory: Plan and manage food and supply inventory to meet the needs of our restaurant.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Prepare Reports and Budgets: Compile and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, as well as prepare budgets and cost estimates.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service.
