Senior Workday Solutions Consultant

IFG International Financial Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Solutions Consultant to join their team. As a key member of the Workday Solutions team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for the design, delivery, and configuration of Workday solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with various HR and business functions to optimize business processes and design, develop, test, implement, and maintain changes and enhancements in Workday.
- Provide consultation and Workday subject matter expertise to solution, intake, plan, and deploy initiatives across the portfolio.
- Understand the current state and future objectives of operational processes and support leaders and partners to assess potential options and change impacts.
- Provide cycle administration and consulting support for CIBC's operational cycles and annual activities.
- Build and leverage strong relationships with internal and external partners to provide consultative advice and work collaboratively to find solutions.
- 5+ years of experience with Workday, with a focus on data management and integrations.
- Proficient with MS Excel, specifically formulas.
- Design/configuration experience with HRIS systems (Workday).
- SQL simple experience.
