We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Fraser Landscaping & Fencing 2020 Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our grounds and landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of grounds maintenance staff to ensure the highest level of service and quality.
  • Grounds Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement plans for the maintenance and upkeep of our grounds, including mowing, pruning, and other necessary tasks.
  • Labour and Materials Estimation: Plan and estimate the labour and materials required for various landscaping projects, ensuring that we stay within budget and meet deadlines.
  • Construction Management: Oversee the construction of decks, decorative walls, and other landscape features, ensuring that they are completed to the highest standard.
  • Contract Administration: Tender and administer contracts for landscaping services, ensuring that we get the best value for our money.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our landscaping operations.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that our landscaping operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
