As a Patient Services Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our patients. Your responsibilities will include managing the retail and repair of eyewear products and providing follow-up care, all while contributing to the advancement of eye health.
This position is a full-time/part-time permanent role, requiring up to 30-40 hours of work per week from Monday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcoming patients as they arrive at our clinic
- Facilitating patient check-ins and check-outs
- Communicating effectively with patients in person, via phone, and through email
- Handling billing for patients, their medical service providers, and other third parties
- Administering pre-testing services
- Managing appointment scheduling, prescription printouts, and billing processes
- Upholding high standards of customer service through your interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a retail setting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in technology and computers, with strong skills in MS Office Suite
