Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as required.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, working effectively with the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and reporting low stock levels.
  • Perform other tasks as required, including opening and closing the store, and participating in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
