Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire Penticton (Store 351). As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and productive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of products.
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment, including maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Basic math and typing skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision with computerized systems.
  • Experience in a customer service role and/or with Canadian Tire store is considered an asset.
  • Ability to operate a cash register is an asset.
