Position Overview
As a Part-Time Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in crafting memorable experiences for customers by actively engaging with them to ensure they find what they need efficiently. Your prior experience in retail or leadership will be essential as you set an example for your colleagues and oversee store operations when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to help your team meet performance objectives.
- Offer guidance, training, and constructive feedback to team members.
- Oversee store operations in the absence of management, including responsibilities such as key holding and managing opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring that restocking, seasonal transitions, inventory management, pricing, and signage are properly supervised.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a retail environment.
- At least 6 months of experience in a mentoring or coaching role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience Level: Intermediate
