Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Tatagwa View in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. As a key member of our Residential Care Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to promote health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Order diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare teams to promote health and well-being
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
Requirements
  • Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP) degree
  • Two (2) years of experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and Basic Life Support Instructor Certificate
