Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Best Western Plus Merritt Hotel. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
