Job SummaryAs a Supervisor at Savers, you will play a critical role in the success of our stores. You will be responsible for leading a team of retail associates, managing store operations, and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of retail associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to achieve business objectives
