Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn & Conference Centre Festival.

Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service and cleanliness standards.
  • Inspect rooms and public areas to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for housekeeping supplies and services.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 hours per week.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
