Position: Social Worker, Counselor - Crisis Management
Location: Remote opportunities available across various regions
Contract Type: Independent Contractor
Overview:
In this role, you will deliver group Crisis Response services to our corporate clients as an independent contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Critical Incident Response sessions for our organizational clients;
- Travel to client locations as needed;
- Handle administrative tasks as required by the Trauma department.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work;
- Active registration with a relevant College or Association, and valid professional liability insurance;
- Certifications such as CISM, CISD training, or EMDR are advantageous;
- Experience in conducting group debriefings or counseling sessions;
- Ability to demonstrate sensitivity and professionalism when conducting interventions in a corporate setting;
- Willingness to adapt to client needs.
