About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in helping individuals and businesses protect their most valuable assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand and advise on their insurance needs, providing personalized solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and building trust through expert knowledge and guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product offerings, utilizing this knowledge to educate clients and drive sales growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy processing and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in personal insurance, with a strong understanding of habitational, travel, and automobile insurance.
  • Level 2 General Insurance License is required, with a willingness to pursue additional designations and certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
