About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fast Food Service Attendant to join our team at Dairy Queen on Grant. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment in the kitchen and dining area, including dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items, including grilling, frying, and heating, to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a fast-food or food service environment is an asset.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
