About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Servicer to join our team at Wardell TV & Appliances Ltd. As an Appliance Servicer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient repair and maintenance of our appliances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and repair appliances in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and procedures.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure appliances are in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Previous experience in appliance repair or maintenance is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
