Job Summary

Wardell TV & Appliances Ltd is seeking a skilled Appliance Servicer to join our team. As an Appliance Servicer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch repair and maintenance services to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, and dryers.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventative measures.
  • Diagnose and repair complex appliance problems, working efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest appliance technologies and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to customer sites.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy appliances (up to 50 pounds).
