  • Dish Management: Ensure the timely delivery of clean dishes, utensils, and other items to dining areas while setting tables appropriately.

  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashing equipment to maintain cleanliness of dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Storage Organization: Place cleaned dishes in designated storage areas to ensure easy access.
  • Supply Maintenance: Replenish condiments and other necessary supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • Sanitation Duties: Clean and sanitize kitchen spaces, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.

  • Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as needed for meal preparation.
