About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Litigation Associate to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our litigation practice, you will be responsible for handling a large number of files through the litigation process, both independently and as part of an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle complex litigation matters with confidence and legal acumen
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve client goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in litigation law and procedures
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2+ years' post-call experience in Civil/Commercial Litigation, with a strong academic record and excellent communication skills. You should also have a demonstrated knowledge and interest in Litigation, particularly complex litigation matters.
