Litigation Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Associate to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our litigation practice, you will be responsible for handling a large number of files through the litigation process, both independently and as part of an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of files through the litigation process
  • Work collaboratively with experienced lawyers and staff to achieve case goals
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies
  • Conduct research and analysis to support case development
  • Prepare and present court documents and arguments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years' post-call experience in Civil/Commercial Litigation
  • Demonstrated knowledge and interest in Litigation, particularly complex litigation matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
