Position Summary: Our client, a global frontrunner in healthcare solutions, is seeking a Volume Performance Testing Lead to spearhead the implementation and management of automated Volume and Performance testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the successful execution of automated and repeatable Volume and Performance testing methodologies.
  • Provide critical feedback to the Research and Development (R&D) teams regarding performance metrics and the scalability of newly developed products.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the effective integration of Volume and Performance testing methodologies into product instrumentation.
  • Establish and deploy a standardized automated testing process within R&D testing services.
  • Conduct Volume and Performance tests in partnership with third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with typical customer project deployments.
  • Define and oversee the execution of Volume and Performance test plans across various products, ensuring the delivery of valuable insights to both the field and R&D.
  • Facilitate the transfer of Performance and Scalability knowledge throughout the organization to minimize ad-hoc support requests.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Volume and Performance testing methodologies or IT performance test automation, ideally within a medical imaging context.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in automated testing methodologies and tools, including LoadRunner, IOmeter, and nistnet.
  • Experience with IT platforms such as Sun Solaris servers (SPARC), Wintel platforms, Oracle, and MS SQL, along with familiarity with modern technologies like virtualization, networking, and storage solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, complemented by strong presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative team player within an international setting.
