Job Title: Volume Performance Test Automation Manager

Our client, a leading healthcare solutions provider, is seeking a skilled Volume Performance Test Automation Manager to join their team. As a key member of the R&D organization, you will be responsible for driving the implementation, deployment, and operations of an automated and repeatable Volume and Performance test process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a methodology for V&P test automation for our client's products.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure correct implementation of the V&P methodology.
  • Deploy the repeatable and automated process within R&D testing Services.
  • Conduct V&P tests in collaboration with 3rd party partners.
  • Closely collaborate with the PD&V platform and storage experts towards standardization.
  • Ensure proper definition and follow-up of the V&P test plan execution.
  • Deliver validation results to the organization.
  • Streamline Performance and Scalability knowledge transfer to the organization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Volume and Performance test methodology or IT performance test automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong skills and experience with automated testing methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with IT platforms such as Sun Solaris servers, Wintel platforms, Oracle, MS SQL, and latest technologies.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills and good presentation skills.
  • Work methodically and according to plan.
  • Good organization skills and prepared to work in a flexible environment.
  • Team player in an international team.
