About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the front desk, confirming reservations, renting storage units, and collecting rental payments. You'll also be responsible for maintaining the property's appearance by cleaning the facility daily and performing daily inspections of storage units to ensure they're clean, properly locked, and rent-ready.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including confirming reservations and renting storage units
  • Maintain the property's appearance by cleaning the facility daily and performing daily inspections of storage units
  • Travel between locations within a reasonable distance, with access to a reliable vehicle
  • Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office
  • 2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Valid driving license

Work Location

This is an in-person role, requiring you to work on-site at our facilities.
