Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SHREE GANESH PHARMACY LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Team Members to Duties
  • Order and Manage Inventory
  • Authorize Returns and Exchanges
  • Establish and Manage Work Schedules
  • Prepare Sales Reports and Analyze Data
  • Resolve Customer Complaints and Issues
  • Supervise and Coordinate Sales Team Activities
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1-2 Years of Retail Experience
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Attention to Detail and Ability to Multitask
Work Environment
  • Public Transportation Available
  • 35 Hours per Week
  • Permanent Full-Time Position
