Position Overview:

MBR Dental is currently seeking an Associate Dentist for a well-established dental practice in Sudbury, Suffolk. This is a permanent role offering full-time hours.

Key Details:
  • Independently operated dental practice.
  • Flexible start date; notice periods will be accommodated.
  • Part-time position available, requiring 2-3 days of work per week.
  • Practice hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
  • UDA target is flexible, with a maximum of 5000 UDAs.
  • Compensation of up to £15 per UDA, based on experience.
  • Significant potential for private work, compensated at a 50% split.
  • The incoming dentist will take over an established patient list from a departing associate.
  • Opportunity to expand the patient list further, as there is a substantial waiting list.
  • Practice features 5 surgeries, with 4 existing associates.
  • Onsite specialists available, including an Endodontist, Oral Surgeon, and Periodontist.
  • Support from hygienists is provided.
  • Fully equipped with modern technology, including SOE software, Digital X-rays, Rotary Endodontics, CBCT Scanner, iTero Scanner, and Intraoral Cameras in each surgery.
  • Established for over 30 years, with 12 years under the current ownership.
  • Parking facilities are available in proximity to the practice.

Requirements:

All applicants must be registered with the GDC and possess an active Performer Number. A recent DBS certificate will be requested.
