  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, balance sheets, and other accounting reports.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as maintain accurate records of employee benefits.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, including GST/HST and other relevant tax forms.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Skills: Proficiency in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with 40 hours of work per week. Public transportation is available.
