Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Wok Box. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Keep accurate records of food quantities used to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Package take-out food and prepare it for delivery to our customers.
- Portion and wrap food items to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
As a Food Counter Attendant at Wok Box, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to work overtime during peak periods and be able to multitask effectively to meet customer demands.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers.
- Ability to multitask effectively to meet customer demands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
