About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our strategic initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with leaders across the company to assess opportunities that can accelerate our business strategy. You will support the financial analysis of business cases for growth opportunities and develop quantitative analyses, including financial forecasting and valuation modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leaders to assess strategic opportunities
  • Support financial analysis of business cases for growth opportunities
  • Develop quantitative analyses, including financial forecasting and valuation modeling
  • Prepare clear, concise, and visually appealing presentation decks
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of practices and processes
  • Conduct and prepare ad-hoc and regular reporting and analyses

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
  • CPA, CFA, and/or CBV or equivalent designation preferred
  • Ability to think strategically and leverage critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and business judgment
  • Proficiency with Excel and building business presentations through PowerPoint
  • Financial modeling and valuation skills, including DCF, comps analysis, forecasting, etc.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual salary plus a discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $75,000 and $85,000 per year depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience of the chosen candidate.
