About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at Dallas Watt Demo Ltd. As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating: Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs for construction projects.
  • Quote Preparation: Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms to clients.
  • Tender Analysis: Analyze tenders and recommend awards to clients.
  • Cost Monitoring: Set up and monitor cost monitoring and reporting systems to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients, engineers, architects, and contractors to discuss changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in construction estimating is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
