About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Montreal. This role focuses on overseeing the daily operations of the Rooms Division, with a primary emphasis on delivering exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities- Ensure department staffing levels align with operational needs.
- Supervise baggage handling and security procedures to maintain safety and efficiency.
- Lead and manage the Guest Services team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and maintain accurate records for team members.
- Provide ongoing training and support to enhance team skills and accountability.
- Oversee property cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure a luxurious guest experience.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and address any emergencies that may arise.
- A college degree in a related field is preferred.
- One to two years of supervisory experience within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Proficiency with computer systems and knowledge of front office software applications.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands as required.
