About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Montreal. This role focuses on overseeing the daily operations of the Rooms Division, with a primary emphasis on delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure department staffing levels align with operational needs.
  • Supervise baggage handling and security procedures to maintain safety and efficiency.
  • Lead and manage the Guest Services team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and maintain accurate records for team members.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to enhance team skills and accountability.
  • Oversee property cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure a luxurious guest experience.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and address any emergencies that may arise.
Qualifications
  • A college degree in a related field is preferred.
  • One to two years of supervisory experience within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and knowledge of front office software applications.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands as required.
