Job Title: Structural Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and analyzing building structures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and analyze building structures, including foundations, walls, and roofs
  • Conduct site reviews to ensure construction complies with design intent and codes
  • Provide direction to and work with engineering and CAD staff
  • Participate in the design of drawings and specifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in structural design, preferably in the industrial and commercial sectors
  • Registered P.Eng or eligible to be registered with PEO (ON)
  • Technical competency in the design of structural building systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant design standards and codes
