About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Yarrow Limited Partnership. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring patients
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to healthcare staff
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including making beds and maintaining patient rooms
  • Assist with transportation of patients between care facilities
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations
Requirements
  • College diploma or certificate in healthcare or a related field
  • 1-7 months of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Criminal record check and immunization records required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
