About the Job:
As a Community Health Worker with Interior Health, you will be part of a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who support clients' independence and ability to stay at home. Your role will involve providing home support services to clients, assisting with personal care and daily living, while promoting maximum independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
• Provide household duties related to maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home
• Prepare meals in accordance with designated plans
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Observe and report changes in client behavior and condition
