Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Paid Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing, and analyzing lead-generation campaigns across various Paid Marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and maximize ROI.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of marketing principles to design and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Craft and refine sophisticated marketing strategies that cater to various market segments and business goals.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, ensuring their growth and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with various departments, business units, and stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with the company's overarching goals.
Requirements
  • You have 5-7 years of experience in lead generation and Paid Marketing.
  • You have a proven track record in planning, optimizing, implementing, and analyzing lead-generation campaigns.
  • Having a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices is essential.
  • You can develop and execute complex marketing strategies and tactics.
  • You would like to oversee and mentor junior team members.
  • You excel at collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.
