Food Service Team Lead

Join our team at Indian Authentic Cuisine as a Food Service Supervisor, where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and hosts/hostesses, to ensure excellent customer service and efficient food preparation.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet the needs of the restaurant, including peak hours and special events.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Prepare Budgets and Reports: Develop and manage budgets, as well as prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
