Job Title: Information Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at TECHINI SYSTEMS INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our computer systems and networks. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to employees and customers, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups and updates, to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.
  • Network Administration: Configure and manage our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect our systems and data from unauthorized access.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of our systems and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and security protocols. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
