Fuel Station Operations Supervisor

The Gas Station Operations Director will oversee the daily functions of the fuel retail outlet, ensuring efficient service delivery and optimal operational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and allocate tasks to team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and enforce pricing and credit policies to maximize profitability.
- Marketing Initiatives: Create and execute promotional strategies to enhance customer engagement and sales.
- Financial Oversight: Plan and monitor budgets, ensuring effective management of revenues and expenditures.
- Workforce Planning: Assess and determine staffing needs to maintain operational efficiency.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
- Recruitment and Training: Hire, train, and mentor staff to foster a productive work environment.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments of employee performance to ensure high standards.
- Operational Management: Organize, direct, and evaluate daily activities to achieve business objectives.
- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
- Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
