Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Labor Scheduler to join our team at SAY Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating labor schedules to ensure efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Labor Scheduling: Develop and implement labor schedules to meet production demands, taking into account staffing levels, skill sets, and employee availability.
  • Workforce Planning: Analyze production schedules and staffing patterns to identify trends, optimize labor utilization, and minimize costs.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with operations, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of labor schedules.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve labor scheduling issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production processes.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports to track labor scheduling performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in labor planning, workforce scheduling, or a related field.
  • Education: Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced technology systems, and labor scheduling software.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and positive interpersonal skills.
