- Assign tasks and responsibilities to sales personnel
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Manage financial transactions and authorize payments
- Oversee inventory management and merchandise ordering
- Handle product returns and customer inquiries
- Create and manage work schedules
- Compile reports on sales performance and team dynamics
- Address and resolve customer complaints and operational challenges
- Maintain organized inventory systems
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members
This role involves supervising a team of 5 to 10 employees.
