Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Deli Production Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our deli team, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized and orderly deli area, monitoring the hot deli case, and preparing food to company standards.
Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized deli area, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
- Monitor the hot deli case and restock with fresh items to meet customer demand.
- Prepare food to company standards by following process cards and ensuring quality and safety.
- Clean and organize dishes and utensils, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Highly motivated self-starters with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work as part of a team, communicating effectively and supporting colleagues.
- Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
