About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Seoul Cafe. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner, meeting the high standards of Seoul Cafe.
  • Table Setting and Maintenance
    • Set tables with clean linens, glasses, and silverware, ensuring that all items are polished and in good condition.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Restock condiments, supplies, and other essentials in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all areas of the cafe are well-stocked and ready for service.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or concerns to management.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is an asset, but not required.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
