About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Yan Fan. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and personal hygiene
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as feeding, laundry, and light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Criminal record check
Work Environment

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a non-smoking environment, providing care and support to our clients in their own homes. You will be required to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling.
