Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team at JIO PRINTS. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing department, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules, recommend replacement of machines, and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Quality Control: Direct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Management: Hire, supervise, and train employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques, and oversee the establishment of departmental budgets.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, and manage daily operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
