We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at MASK INDIAN KITCHEN + BAR INC.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Help with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Operate dishwashers and wash dishes by hand as needed.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and keep records of food quantities used.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
  • Basic math skills to accurately record food quantities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
